Multi-meat Loaf
1 lb ground chuck
1 lb regular sausage (optional)
1 white onion (optional)
1 can tomato paste (optional)
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 ¼ c. bread crumbs (1 cup if only using 1 lb of meat)
Salt
Pepper
Steak seasoning (optional)
Garlic powder
Ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything up with your hands, that’s very important.It just won’t mix right any other way.All seasonings are added to your taste.Shape however you want in a casserole pan or loaf pan.I use disposable because I hate cleaning pots and pans!Put ketchup on the top (check the before picture).Bake for 1 hour.That’s it!!! I usually start my sides about 30 minutes through the cook time since I make mashed potatoes with it.

I alway put more ketchup cuz it makes it awesome. You can see the grease, don't eat that, but it's from the sausage. It makes it very moist and gives great flavor. Next time I think I will wrap it in bacon. I have heard it is amazing!!
